Allow 6-8 weeks (not including 6 weeks RSVP time) for the complete design service which includes:
Step 1 - Client Liason
You may have an idea or sample of how you want your invitations to look like or we can create original stationery based on the theme of your occasion. Things we look at to help tie the stationery in with overall theme of the ie. wedding are the colours, flowers, dress fabrics, particular style (formal, casual, beach, oriental).
Step 2 - Quote & Mockup
Along with an ESTIMATED QUOTE we like for you to see a computer generated mockup of your invitations. Please allow up to 1 week for quoting & mockup. Plesae be aware that differences in screens may show difference results in colour.
If you would like to have a sample sent out to you, payment is required & price will be based upon design. Please allow 1-3 weeks for a sample to be sent out to you. Variations in times may depend on availabiliyof materials.
If you are happy to proceed we can then produce & deliver to you, a handmade mockup, so you are completely happy with what the end product will look like.
A 50% deposit is required to continue with ordering the materials & artwork creation.
Step 3 - Artwork
Email us your wedding information (venue, time, date of your special day), so we can then produce a proof for your mockup & finalise artwork for printing. You can select one of our sample wedding invitation & wishing well wording from our list, or make up your own - there are no rules.
Step 4 - Materials
Once you are happy with the mockup, we order the materials required to complete the production process.
In the meantime, you can email us your Guest List
(with addresses if required for envelope printing), so that we can finalise artwork.
Step 5 - Production
This process takes the longest depending on your stationery size, quantity & production creation. The utmost care taken to achieve professional results.
Step 6 - Delivery
Your invitations can be pickup from the studio or can be delivered straight to your door and handled with care.
The balance of your stationery is required upon or before delivery.
